Its a very nice country hotel. The pool is filler up with spring water so it's very warm water. The place is super clean and people are ver nice always trying to please the clients.
Beautiful grounds with plenty of green space and trees surrounding the heated pools and accommodations. Breakfast is excellent and the staff is very helpful. Rooms are basic but nice and most face the pools. We had difficulty finding a room that functioned properly (first room had a clogged shower drain that turned our shower into a bath, 2nd room had no phone service so we couldnt reach reception, and we settled on the 3rd room with a non-functioning tv since that was not so important). The staff was accommodating throughout the process, and it helped that there were barely any other guests due to the pandemic and our mid-week stay. Heated thermal pools were wonderful day & night for our family. Great for adults & children. Heads up that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by desert and a dirt road. The property itself is beautiful though, and it’s only about 15-20 minutes drive to the heart of San Miguel de Allende.
My wife, kids, and I had a lovely, peaceful time staying here for a few nights during our visit to San Miguel de Allende. The thermal pools were a highlight, and we especially loved going in them when the temperature cooled down at night. Breakfast included was great, with lots of options and great food. The rooms were cozy, if a bit dark. The main drawback was that it felt like the place had seen better days. The tennis courts had weeds and cracks, plus the tennis racquet handle slid right off of a racket we borrowed that had loose strings. There were missing swings on the playground. Finally, the outlet wire for an upstairs loft was just an extension cord with lots of electrical tape, looking unsafe and leaving us without a place to plug anything in.
Beautiful garden. We lived the spa and the warm water pools. The food was good but did leave us feel bloated.
The communication signal is poor but succeeded to disconnect the client from the real world and have a pleasant experience with the nature and gourmet kitchen while relaxing in spring water
Ideal place to get away from the city stress. It has a couple of pools with warm water, staterooms are comfortable, like very comfortable... And the restaurant?.... Damn, this is real Mexican food. Visit!
This hotel is a great get away, the have hot springs and its they sell hotel rooms with meals included. In easter they will hide eggs and you can earn amazing prices! Food is also very healthy and tasty! And their facilites are also wheelchair accesible.
This is a resting place. If you can visit during week days it will be quiet and calm... More kids during the weekend for sure. The breakfast buffet is a must
